Hey there, I'm Allee, a marketing and communications professional with a passion for driving brand awareness, engagement, and growth. I'm also a bit of a design aficionado, with a knack for creating eye-catching visuals that pack a punch.

Currently, I'm rocking the role of Marketing Director at Yup Pup Inc., where I'm responsible for planning and executing killer multichannel ad campaigns based on market research, identifying key market segments, and collaborating with senior execs to build a growth plan that hits the mark. So far, my efforts have led to some sweet wins for the company, like increasing ROAS through Amazon by 107% over six months and DTC traffic by 223% with a conversion rate spike of 102% over the same period.

Before joining the Yup Pup pack, I was the Digital Marketing Manager at Girls With Impact, where I put my design skills to work creating creative content for a range of social media platforms. My efforts resulted in a 200% boost in social media engagement on TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter. I also launched ad campaigns via Facebook and Instagram, wrote and edited content for the Girls With Impact Blog, and was the go-to grant proposal wizard on the team.

Fun fact: In addition to my marketing prowess, I've also been fortunate enough to explore the world a bit - I've been to 8 countries and counting! Traveling has given me a global perspective and a deep appreciation for diverse cultures, which I bring to everything I do.

I also worked as a Public Relations/Marketing Coordinator at FNL Network, where I had a blast creating written copy for the website, digital program descriptions, and media kit. I was a content-generating machine across all social media platforms, and even got to film some runways at New York Fashion Week 2020. My efforts led to a 450% surge in social media engagement on Instagram, and I helped grow FNL Network's TikTok following from zero to 307.7K - not too shabby, huh?
